This Refund Policy sets forth our official guidelines for returns and refunds for all items purchased on our website, including shapewear, women’s underwear, sleepwear, essential ready‑to‑wear apparel, and collaborative special‑edition collections. All transactions on our site are processed in USD.

Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return for eligible products within a 60‑day window after you receive your order. Returned items must remain in their original condition, unwashed, unworn and with original packaging intact to qualify for refund. Items that are damaged, stained, altered or show clear signs of wear will not be accepted for return.

Return Process

Please submit your return request through our Contact Us page. Follow the guidance provided by our customer service team to arrange the return shipment. You are responsible for the shipping cost for sending items back to our facility. Our standard free worldwide shipping benefit only applies to outgoing deliveries of your original order, and does not cover return shipping fees.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will begin your refund process. Refunds will be completed within 5‑10 days after inspection approval. Please note that the actual time for funds to reflect in your payment account is subject to the processing speed of your payment provider, which is outside of our control.

Partial & Non‑Refundable Situations

Only the value of returned eligible merchandise will be refunded. Original shipping charges are not refundable, as all orders already qualify for complimentary shipping. Items that fail return condition checks will not receive a refund and will be sent back to you at your cost or discarded at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not support direct product exchange service. If you would like a different size, color or alternative product, please complete the return procedure for your existing item and place a brand‑new order on our website.
